Shosetsu is a craft sake named after Yui Shosetsu, a military scholar who lived in the Edo period. It is brewed with soft water from the Kanzawa River, which once quenched the traveler's thirst on the Tokaido. Yui-shuku is also famous for sakura shrimp, which pair well with Shosetsu.
